MY BLUENOSE- YUANQING SCALE 1:72 SCALE [COMPLETED BUILD]

Hello Ship Mates, Onward and Up Ward as today the little fellows and I have completed installing the main and fore top masts. We have also installed and laced the dead eyes on both masts. We have also installed the previous completed mast hoops. Now it looks like we are into the rat lines.
PS We have not tied of the dead eyes lanyards as we do want to stretch the upper top mast shrouds.
Regards Lawrence

Good morning Lawrence. Yep looking great. I love the way each modeller reflects their own take on the same build. There is talent in this BN group and you are right up there. Cheers Grant

Hello Grant, I thank you for your very kind words and also your very nice comments. Yes for sure, I love to add just a bit of my own detail to my ships.
Regards Lawrence

A very repetitive job closed, no more worries about ratlines, except the ones for the upper mast shrouds.
So far so good, I would say.

Hello Johan, Yes you are very correct there, this job is almost the same as to rigging guns on the HMS Victory. The upper rat lines are a little easier, that is if I can fine the time to work on them.

Hi Lawrence. You can be very happy with the outcome of the ratlines. I love the look that you and the little fellows have achieved.

Hello Heinrich, I do thank you very much for your very kind word and nice comments. Yes the rat lines are coming to an end, thank goodness. They seam to take forever, over and over again.
Regards Lawrence

Hello Ship Mates, The little fellows and I have completed the upper rat lines on both the main and fore mast. We have also added the required blocks to the main and fore mast. We have added the boom bumper blocks to both masts. Last but not the least we have given both fore and aft decks a coat of Tung Oil.
Regards Lawrence
