Here is a portfolio of my small ship collection. I build mainly plastic kits.
I think that this might be my oldest model that I still have.

I had I had wanted to go on the Queen Elizabeth 2 across the Atlantic for a long time and when I learned that 2003 would be the last season for her I had to make the voyage.
I pre painted the Revell 1/1200 scale kit at brought it with me and built it on the Atlantic.

Revell 1/108 Tug boat

When we got to New York I was surprised on the number of tug boats needed to get os in port.
I was inspired to build the old Revell tugger in the colours of Moran even if it was wrong.

But mostly I only have managed to finish submarines in 1/350 scale.

Three Swedish submarines.

I don't understand why the headline turned out like it did. I tried to post but got a message that only 25 pictures was allowed so I cut off the last part of the message and posted but some of the removed text ended up in the head line. But here are the rest of my portfolio.

Hi Bear, don't you drill the holes for water drainage? Frank

Well this was built 46 years ago when I was a teenager so I went by the instructions from Airfix.
But to be honest I know nothing of sail ships so I need to read up on the subject as I have another kit unbuilt.

I like the gold you have used on the Vasa, what did you use? as it looks quite authentic.

Orso, I particularly like your Swiftsure…. It looks to be a happy submarine! ;)

I used Humbrol back then but it doesn't look like the #16 Gold so I guess it is #54 Brass.
