The ship Victory Chimes is very well known in the state of Maine in the USA. It was built in 1900 and was first used as a cargo ship. Since 1950, after it was renovated and guest cabins were added, it is used for pleasure cruises.

If you have longed for a huge sailing ship with an impressive history, with three masts and sails - this is your opportunity. The ship is offered for sale for only 650 thousand dollars. This was announced today by the owner of the ship, which is located in a port in Maine and regularly goes on tourist cruises. According to a report in the AP agency, the owner, (Sam Sikkema), said that he decided to sell the ship due to the heavy losses from the corona, the high costs of maintenance and the need to meet the regulatory requirements of the Coast Guard. The owner said that "We are working hard to find a new home for the ship. I believe that a way will be found in which the ship will continue to operate and continue to tell its story for future generations." We hope so too. :) Ship-1
