Hi Don, it looks like one of your drawings is mislabeled. In post #15 the photo for Frame 21B is labeled Cant Frame 21B but looks like a square frame like 19B. Cant Frame 21B looks right. You should check the plan drawing to see which type of fame 21 is supposed to be. Looking forward to seeing the frames on the keel.

OK I POSTED THIS IN ANOTHER LOG ON THE MINEVA, BOTH BRIANS AND DA HAI, GOING THROUGH ALL THE POSTS AND PICTURES I HAVE SOME THOUGHTS AND QUESTIONS FROM BRIAN AND DA HAI . ON BRIASNS POSTITEM NO14 7/1/2022 SHOWS A FRAME OVER THE FRAME PLAN ALSO PLAN OVER JIG HOW DO YOU ACOMPLISH THIS DO YOU SCREW THROUGH THE PLAN INTO YHE JIG, SORRY DO NOT QUITE UNDERSTAND HOW THAT GOES IF I COULD GET A CLARIFICATION I CAN START ASSEMBLING FRAMES PLEASE LET ME HERE. GOD BLESS STAY SAFE ALL DON

Hi Don, the frame looks good if you stand way back and close one eye. If you are using a cell phone, make sure the camera is steady and the whole frame is in the picture. It looks like the edges are rounded over; at this point they should be sharp. That might be caused by the fuzzy photo.

OKI THANKS TO DA HAI I AM LEARNING TO PUT TOGETHER THE FRAMES ON THE JIG WITCH WILL BE THE BASE OF THE FRAMING JIG. From the picture shown when the frame was first assembled, there appears to be a gap, so it's not too surprising there was a larger one when reversed (although it's tough to tell with the blurry pictures). I think I've read elsewhere that the major main frames pieces are to be assembled tight (no gap), and once properly in place, the chocks are to then be inserted. Further, that the chocks are oversize and will definitely require trimming or sanding after assembly. Before placement, too, if they don't fit properly. It's certainly good to get a technique going for the work, since there will be many more. :)
