Le Gros Ventre 1-48 / 1-36

Pardon my ignorance, what kind of wood is that? What a lovely subject - Le Gros Ventre.

So you are prepared to jump into the challenge "Gros Ventre" !!!
A very good monograph from Gérard Delacroix - and you have already the copies of the drawings made incl. dry timber - when we can expect the first sawdust making the keel?

For everybody interested in a planset review of the Le Gros Ventre please check this topic:

BTW: Do you know, that our member @Gilles Korent does know this planset and model very well.
He made the english translation and also organized a longer time ago a very good group build of this model....

@Uwek, I have not copied drawings yet, I will copy as needed when the building progresses, the materials were added to dry in May, and it must dry at least a year before it can be adjusted to more manageable workpieces, after this dry about and a half more years to be absolutely sure, I'm not in a hurry,
so, at least a year and a half.
But, I have some other projects to try, fail to practice on.
