I was in Cancale in 1986 when they started the building of the replica 'La Cancalaise' on the quay (La Houle)
In 2000 she called at Amsterdam during Sail Amsterdam 2000 and I had a pastis on board with her crew.
In a later holliday I saw her racing against 'La Gravillaise from Pointe du Grouin, beautiful!
