Hello friends! I'm a 3D artist from Germany. I've been an armour modeller for a few years, but my boyfriend inspired me to start Ship modelling. I've just obtained some 1/100 plans of the Battleship Potemkin and I'm very excited to start building, I'll try to keep y'all posted

This is my rendition of the spanish brig "Vanita", which sailed in the 18th century. With all I've learned by making this, if I had the time, I'd redo everything again and it would probably turn out much better.

Yes! This was a really fun project to make, took a long time too. I would like to have known a lot of the things I know now when I started. I would by no means call that render finished, I had to rush to make it presentable for a portfolio deadline...
