I see 38 new members were added and I appear to be among them, thx for having me. I have experience with plastic models but with wood I'm a novice. I do own a few wooden model ships I acquired through the years with expectations of getting to them when time allowed. Well time seems to be available at last. At this point I'm just researching best practices and the tools and tricks of the trade by watching videos and visiting sites like this where others have a wealth of knowledge to be had. I'm not a huge social media type so initially my posting will be limited but once I delve into a model I will be sure to try to post. Again thanks for providing me access, this site seems to be a very great resource and I look forward to learning all I can and getting to know some of you as the years march on.
