Hello everyone and Thankyou for inviting me to your website. I am building an Airfix 1:120 H.M Bark Endeavour and the instructions state that the ship’s hull should be painted in khaki for the top half and matt brick red for the bottom half, separated by a black strip.
On the replica Endeavour as you probably are aware the main colour scheme is blue, brown and white. Can anyone help?
Richard.

Hallo @rrb690
first of all we want to say Hallo and send a warm welcome here on borad of our forum.

Hope that some epscialists of our member will answer directly your question, but you can also check the huge number of topics related to this ship

Welcome aboard! Red, to simulate anti-fouling paint or a coppered bottom sounds right as does the black strip. Sorry this isn't of more help. I've gone and taken another look at the underwater film shot when the ship was recently found and all I can make out is that the upper hull appears to be light in color and there is a darker line just below the lighter color.
