I took a break from the shipyard and went the the firehouse for a side job. I wanted some practice working with Britannia metal and spray paint. I chose the Allerton Steam Fire Engine because the model has many metal and wood parts that require spray painting and is challenging. I learned a lot about paint quality, application, and assembly sequences. Thought I’d share some pictures. Also wanted to give a shout out to Model Expo for once again providing excellent service on warranty.
