After what has seemed like an eternity I have finally moved into my new house and having spent the last few weeks unpacking boxes, sorting out a few small problems with various parts of the house, getting the grass cut, and more importantly, getting my workroom ready, I have decided to build a fun little model that I bought a few years ago to get me "warmed up." First of all what's in the box,
I decided to use the red Hull and started by fitting the 4 Propeller mounts and 2 Rudders. All the parts are push fitted so no glue is needed. I then used a spray can to paint the Hull.
The 4 Propellers were then painted using Airfix brass arcylic paint and once dry were pushed fitted in place. The ship was then turned the correct way up and I started adding some of the Superstructure. A couple of parts were a bit of a tight fit so I needed to open up a couple of holes to get everything to fit nicely.
Cheers Andy
