How to save partial post

I started and got a long way on the first installment of a build log. Then the spouse hollered 'Dinner'. How can I save my work and go back an finish it. I logged off but it seems to be all gone.

You can save your draft by clicking three dots (show more) and then, you will see the diskette icon if you click on it you will have a choice to save the draft.
