I found in Ali express roll with a length of 88.5 millimeters and a diameter of 1 1/4 inches (32 millimeters).

I'm looking for a sanding sleeve in matching sizes, the problem is that I can't find the diameter of 1 and a quarter inch = 32 millimeters. The length can be more than 90 millimeters because it can be shortened.

These rols are made for a belt. Thats why it almost impossible to find. What kind of sander you're planning to make? There are maybe other possibility's that are a better solution to your build.

Make a cilinder of wood like I did with mine, and just do like us by use of a sheet of sandpaper. Simple, cheap and works perfect.
