I know the British Monarchy might be controversial to some in the world but what a great photo this is:

As a princess: Young Elizabeth (at left) poses with her parents, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth (the queen consort) as well as Queen Mary (the queen mother), before a model of "The Sovereign of the Seas" at 1937 opening of the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich.

All my respects to the British Royal Family , and to the wonderful model of "The Sovereign of the Seas".

Ja - and only the wonderful model finaly survived - the same beauty like in 1937, when the photo was made
the model was build around 1830 - so already around 200 years old

Sovereign of the Seas(1637); Warship; 100 guns

Scale: 1:48. A full hull model of the 'Sovereign of the Seas' (1637), a 100-gun three-decker ship of the line, built in bread and butter fashion. Model is decked partially equipped including three stump masts, and mounted on its original baseboard. The model is one of a series commissioned in 1827 by Sir Robert Seppings, Surveyor of the Navy, for display in his ship model gallery at Somerset House. As with the actual ship, it is richly decorated, executed in boxwood on the model, to a very high standard.
