Yet another famous "actor" of secular navigation: the Oseberg.
The boat was built in the last half of the 800's and was buried roughly 50 years later. The ship is some 50 to 100 years older than similar vessels which have be found.
I completed the kit a few years ago and, more than anything else, I was interested in the shape of the keel made in Clinker with overlapping planking (or lapstroke)
