Hello everyone, name is Mark
Not new modelling, but have not done any for a few years due to personal reasons.
Recently i treat myself to 2 great looking models, RMS Titanic and the German battleship Scharnhorst both 1/200 scale both look exciting to build, which do i start 1st hmmmm

hmm - Scharnhorst in 1:200 - sounds interesting......

What about the Scharnhorst. I do not recall anyone building this one.
 
I guess you have the Trumpeter kit of the Scharnhorst.....
do you intend to build it with some photoetching aftermarket sets and / or wooden deck add ons?

Yes its the Trumpeter kit, yes i hope to be building it with the mk 1 design kit but as of yet i havent seen one for this kit yet
 
There was once a Hachette -kit available also in 1:200 - maybe there are some aftermarket parts available which would fit
