I have acquired this Faro flex lead machine for carvings etc, the motor runs really great and the speed controller is just fine, but it doesnt have a hand piece, I was wondering if anyone knew what type of hand piece it uses, I will attach some pics,

Thank you for the link,

Best regards John,

Hi John,
Looks like a well made piece of gear you have there.

I remember a fellow Ausi posted on this site his purchase of something similar to this, I can't remember his name.

Cheers,
Stephen.

the other option is to convert the flexible line with one that uses typical handpieces. Would depend on the thread size at the motor.

My new hand piece arrived today, here it is attached to the flex lead, it just slipped straight onto the connecting part and the clip locked it in place,
I managed to get one that has an inbuilt chuck so that I can use any of my drill bits with it,

and another view showing the clip locked in place,

it came with two chuck keys this longer one and a smaller one,

the jaws close right up to zero,

and open quite wide, I will hang it up tomorrow and give it a try out, it ended up costing AUD $24 including shipping and only took two weeks to arrive,

best regards john,
