On the page of Royal Museums Greenwich (RMG) I found this page with a downloadable list of literature which they produced together in Partnership with with the Rijksmuseum from the Netherlands.
A conservation collaboration project was established between the National Maritime Museum and the Rijksmuseum (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) in 2015, as part of an on-going project to consolidate literature regarding the conservation of ship models.
The reference database was established by ship model conservators from both museums and also aims to promote the specialist field of ship model conservation.
At the end of the page you can find the link to download the Ship Model Conservation Literature Database prepared in a Excel (appr. 600 publications listed)
The list is definitevely not complete, but helpful if you search for something
