Here in Britain it is Remembrance Sunday when we remember all the people that have lost their lives in conflicts. In villages, towns and cities all over Britain there will be services of remembrance at War Memorials and a 2 minutes silence will held at 11 o'clock. In the village that I live in the local youth groups, Cubs, Scouts, Brownies, Guides, Boys Brigade and Girls Brigade, will parade from the Village Hall, down the Main Street to the War Memorial in the Church of Ireland Churchyard. After a short service and the 2 minutes silence at 11 o'clock, the Last Post will be played by a lone Bugler and then members of the youth groups will lay Poppy wreaths on the War Memorial to remember not only the 22 people from this village who lost their lives in conflicts but also all people that have died in conflicts. Today is 100 years since the end of World War 1, the sad thing is that despite the huge loss of life in this "war to end all wars" people are still dying today in conflicts around the world. Please take the time at 11 o'clock to observe 2 minutes silence and remember all the fallen.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
