G'day Guys, could some one post a short description on how to add to your signature, I can do it with the full version of the description, Ships of scale forun etc, but I just want to have the ships name and builder, also how many characters are we allowed in total for our Signature,

best regards John.

John,
Just to make sure - the way to get to your personal signature section is to click on your USERNAME at top NAV bar ONCE and then when you look slightly down to the right, there is a "SIGNATURE" link along with other links such as "ACCOUNT DETAILS" , "SECURITY", etc. When you click on "SIGNATURE" you will be taken to your personal signature BLOCK. So, if you only want to know the basics, just use the signature TEXT area just like you would if you were making a POST. Treat it the same way. You can use the TEXT Attributes nav bar right above to make Italics, bold, and text color. Then SAVE your signature. You can also have links:
So as an example see below this line and this would be a simple signature [do not use the red hash marks- they are for illustration] I will be happy to do this for you if need be.

I will write more on this afternoon. In the meantime, you can try it yourself this way:
To the right of the “T”is an icon of a chain link. Located on the font strip above message box. Click on that and another box will appear. The top of box has URL. This is the full address. Such as http://www.site.com then below is another place you enter the name of the link and then save.
Once you do that, your link should show up in your signature.

In case you want to add your Build Log to your signature, you can try this:
Perform the same steps as clicking on the "Chain Link" right above your message text box, then a new box will appear and this is what you put in the URL: Note, that if you go to the front page of your build log, COPY and PASTE the link that is located in the URL section or Address Bar section of your browser and put that Address in the URL of the box.
https://www.shipsofscale.com/sosfor...la-trabaccolo-1-32-scale-by-don-robinson.1710
Then you can put Trabacolo in the Text area. Then the word Trabacolo will be clickable. SEE VIDEO BELOW
