Nice kit and a well executed build, good work. I think Airfix made a Dennis Fire Engine kit in the 60's not sure if the two vehicles were built in the same vehicle frame but they look to be about the same vintage. Very nice.

Thank you, I have the Airfix version of this bus waiting to be built but the parts are covered in a lot of "flash plastic" and I have put it to the bottom of the pile of kits waiting to be built. I remember building the Dennis Fire Engine kit many years ago. The bus was built by a different company LGOC, I imagine that the chassis design was probably a standard chassis design. They were both built around 1910-1914,

Thanks Greg, or should I say "I'll get you Butler" ;)
Cheers Andy

Dank u wel Dj, the bus is a Trolley Bus, it used electrical power collected from over head wires through the Trolley Poles on the upper deck. A lot of towns had them, it was cheaper than putting down rail lines for trams. Hastings is a nice seaside town where they pull the fishing boats up onto the beach, you can get freshly caught fish and shell fish straight off the boat. It also has a Cliff Railway,
