Hi Zoltan,
Great start on the build if you have room for one more I will pull up a chair.

In 2011 I stopped working on the ship again, up until February 2015 and working on since, so I finished the first planking with a good sanding and started working on the scuppers, somehow I missed them, then I drilled the sweep ports.

Looks really nice Zoly

I was curious I always see people planing with full ship strips has anyone tried doing it with scale length plans etc like the real ship?

Thanks guys,Joe,the second planking will be in scale length,on my Santa Maria also the planks are scale length.

Hi Zoltan,
Nice clean work on the first planking, a good base for the finished second planking. She is looking good.
