Hi,

Doing some rigging on the schooner now. I find it kinda tricky and the lack of routines makes the result not very satisfying even though it looks OK. I totally underestimated the time this part of the construction takes. Not that it really matters, but always fun to be surprised. :)

hey Klarre.......I wish I did. I guess I'm kind of old school. depending on how many shrouds there are, I do them in pairs. I go from starboard to port, alternating as I go, keeping to the 2 1/2 spacing between dead eyes. I'm one of those guys that don't use a jig for the spacing.......not that I think symmetrical spacing is bad.......just that I think it looks more natural. I see so many neat ways to do them.......I never tire seeing the process done in different ways ;)
