Anja, both the Syren and the Niagara are Model-Expo kits. Sorry for the error on my part.

Aldo, thanks for the nice words and it's good to see you here on SOS

Sjors, I'm working on the pictures. Hope to post larger ones in the future.

Popeye, as always, your comments are greatly appreciated.

Bob,
congratulations on your new purchase (the Syren). This one will be a nice build. I know Chuck put a lot of work into it.

Donnie, you are soooooo right. Chuck's work is very apparent in this kit. Too bad we can't clone him for other kits. There's some European kit manufacturers that could really use a man of Chuck's talents.

Hello Bob,

Just wandering where you are. It's been nearly two months since your last posts.
Is everything ok? Are you well?

You are missed. I hope you will be back on your builds soon.

Take care,

Anja

Can't believe it's been almost four years since my last post. Long, long dry spell for me. Just lost the 'fire' for ship building. I'm back in the dry dock working on the US Brig Syren again. Been knee deep in remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. Feels good to be back working with the ship model again.
