I built one of these a few years back, they make a nice model. I'll attach a couple of pics of the hull

G'day Pat
I always love this ship! You are off to a great start, but can I ask for more information as you go on. It's always great to read and sometimes help other members who maybe having difficulties. It's also good to share your experiences of each stage.

Pat

Go though you kit and sort the timbers by type, width and depth.

There should be a table of some sort within the kit of the timbers.

If you are unsure still then post picure of the timbers and a listing of the names of timbers and you will get help.

Cheers

Of what I can tell the Ayous seems to be a whitish / very slight greenish tint whereas the Mukaly is more of a whitish / blondish color. Seems both are very close to the same color.
Sapelli is going to be a very dark rich brown color.
