thanks Anja......I feel that I may have gone a little beyond the subject, but with all the good reviews I've gotten so far......it's hard for me not to be satisfied with the build. if you look back at build log #51, you should be able to read a comment left by a gentleman from Denmark. it is a very nice comment......and it's nice to know that while the ship is a bit over done......it still turned out to be a job well done. thanks again for the good word :D

Beautifully done. A remarkable work for a Billing kits. I built a couple of their models about 30 years ago. They have vastly improved since then. Then, their materials were cheap and they used a lot of plastic and balsa. Any figures had to be carved and all wooden parts had to be cut out using a scroll saw. Marvelous how laser cutting has changed that and cut down the building time tremendously.

thank you very much Gary.......despite their phonetic instruction sheets, they do put out a good kit.

there's quite a bit to this build that I put in there, as well as some embellishment of the design. I love these kits.....Ideas just ran rampant.
