Phantom kit build

In my introduction, i mentioned that i would post some photos of my builds. Below are some pix of the pilot boat Phantom that i finished about a year ago.

That little item on the foredeck is a cleat from the stern rail that went astry.

Hi WaltB, that's a fine looking build!
An ignorance question, what are the "rings" on the masts for?

Eric,
The rings are mast hoops used to attach the main (or mizzen) sail to the mast.
